Building good customer relationships is a priority for stems etc. limited and if, for any reason, the flowers or plants do not meet your expectations, you may contact us within five days of receiving an order and the items will be replaced; returns or exchanges of gifting/décor must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase; after 14 days, an exchange/credit or refund will be issued for the current selling price; holiday décor and clearance items are considered final sales and non-refundable. While policies are set to avoid misunderstandings, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction.
